MUST READS

The Shack by William Paul Young

Add some info about this item

The Shack is by far my favorite book, as it has changed my life in so many ways. The Shack answers questions that I think most of us have deep down about God. If you're a Christian, someone struggling in their faith, someone that just wants answers, or even an atheist, I highly recommend this book. You'll be a better person for it and you won't regret it!

Gone Girl by Gillian Flynn

I'm sure you've already seen the movie Gone Girl, but you have to read this book! It is one of the most well written fiction books I've come across. It challenges your vocabulary, grammar, reasoning and thinking skills.

Each chapter goes back and forth between the husband and wife in first person. This gives you a better understanding of the characters background  which ultimately leads to a more suspenseful book! After getting to know each character, far better than the movie lets you, you'll be struggling to decide who to side with.

Me Before You by Jojo Moyes

Bring out the tissues because this book will definitely have you in tears before its conclusion.

Although this book is painfully sad, it's a must read. Me Before You will make you want to live life to the absolute fullest and explore the world around you. The character's are written in so well and you will be falling in love with them with each turn of the page.

I highly recommend adding this to your reading list, but wasn't a fan of the sequel.

White Girl Problems by Babe Walker

I am obsessed with this book and Babe Walker. She is the classiest, chicest, most dramatic bitch out there and I loved reading every page!

The book is basically written from a privileged white girl's prospective after she bottoms out at Barney's. The chapter titles alone will crack you up. "It's 5:15. How much weight can I lose by 8:00?" and "Sorry I texted you 93 times last night."

I promise you'll laugh your ass off with this one! And the best news? There's 2 more white girl problems: Psychos and American Babe..both equally as funny as the original.

Why Men Love Bitches by Sherry Argov

From doormat to dream girl!

This book is great for the girl that's too nice, too available, too flexible, or desperate to be in a relationship. Why Men Love Bitches is basically a guide to being a stronger woman and getting what you want out of life. Stop being the girl that get's walked all over and start having men put you on a peddle stool.

The Girl on the Train by Paula Hawkins

Ready for a book that keeps you on your toes? Here it is! The Girl on the Train is a murder/ thriller book that will keep you guessing up until the very end.

I really liked this book because it's written like Gone Girl, with each chapter going back and forth between characters in the first person, which gives you a deeper understanding of the characters personality and their view points.

I don't blame you if you just want to see the movie, as it was extremely good, but the book is always going to be better!
